Title: HELP! MiniBricked?

So I've owned it about 2 months, used it maybe 5 times. Upon switching it to remote MIDI mode in Ableton 9 (to follow the DAW tempo), the synth is now stuck like this:

I had exhausted all reset/firmware options, but my macbook just keeps telling me there is nothing connected via USB and it is non-responsive even when unplugged from MIDI. Is it broken? Help much appreciated!

is it like the bad firmware update cases? then you should download an older firmware, the new 103 software doesnt have the 'save my minibrute from this bad firmware' option
