Title: Problem upgrading firmware

HI,
my minilab looks dead. I was performing a firmware upgrade and when finished, the minilab didn´t response to any button or key...the lights of up and down octave and pad selection are permanently lit, like it was stuck in firmware upgrade mode.
The MIDI Control Center recognizes it, but can´t get the firmware revision or sync...∫

Did you write to the technical support about your issue? If yes what's your ticket number?
