Title: MCC and Analog Lab issues

Hey all,

MCC, upon attempting to update, reads "could not get firmware revision" (instead of displaying the current firmware version), but there is still an "Upgrade" option, and I am allowed to select the v_1.33 .bin file. After selecting the file, I put the Keylab 49 in Update mode, and ultimately the MCC says "failed to open the device. Please verify that the device is not open in another application."

I cannot update the device's firmware.

I am also having issues controlling Analog Lab. I have done a reinstall of the software, and this did not help. When I go to the setup > Audio MIDI Settings, the device is labeled as "USB A" instead of Keylab 49.

I cannot use the Analog Lab Software.

I want to get to playing MUSIC!!
Aidez-moi!! ???

Same thing happened to me last night. I didn't like my usb hub. Its a brand new 3.0 powered Belkin. Once I connected it direct it worked .
