Title: Purchased V-Collection and recieved no download/activation email

Hi:

I have bought the V-collection and have not received the download link/activation codes. I have paypal confirmation. I have not gotten a reply to the message I sent to Arturia from their contact sales link. Please Help! I would like to use the product.
