Title: analog laboratory download doesn't work

analog laboratory download link doesn't work. tried it six times. there are no phone numbers to talk to anyone about this. can't send technical support emails since i can't register a product that doesn't have a working download. purchased the download, received the email, download won't start. refund please. posting this in a forum is weird but i can't get ahold of anyone.

Please specify which version of Analog Laboratory that you tried to download.

Also, Sometimes, firewall can obstruct the communication link.
