Title: Still need new serial number!

Help!

I purchased the analog player about a month ago. The serial number/unclock code are not working. I see many people have had the same problem here.

Has anyone received a new code or ANY help from tech support? I emailed tech support when i first bought the item, and they responded asking for the serial number I had. I've followed up at least 5 times since and haven't heard a peep, and this was a month ago.

Anyone have any luck? Is there a phone number for them?
