Hey guys, I was looking through the forums for help as i noticed this is a common problem?
So I am currently unable to activate "The player", I have entered my serial number and unlock code. It then comes up with a confirmation page where I can confirm my e-mail address, product and serial number. After I hit submit the next page tells me I've typed an invalid licence number?
After this it asks me to refer to tech support but as you guys know I cannot without first having a registered product. I'm wanting to get this sorted ASAP as in two days time the Hybrid Madness sale ends and I won't be able to redeem the free software instrument!
Any help is much appreciated!
