Title: controller problem

Hi
Just bought spark today.
Software downloads fine 1.4.1 but when i turn the controller on it says autotest failed
007f,007f03,07.
There are random lights on the contoller with no sound triggered at all.
The software doesn't recognise the controller either.
Any help would be great thanks

That's not good.

and if there's no help in the knowledge base, use the Request specific Technical Support link.

...be ready to wait a bit though, because I think they're with their hands full due to all the Hybrid Madness sales'n'stuff (and Minibrute approaching) :)

Send it back to your dealer and get a new one !!! Don´t wait for the support !!!
