Title: crashed during update..blank screen

spark crashed when updating and now has no led and will not connect..i have only just got it today..broken already..iv not even used it yet.
  black led no usb connection from the crashed update..please help.

have posted with arturia no reply yet.
pls help so i can use this machine!
 how do you hard reset..thats what it needs..crashed during update..now black lcd and wont power up...help!pllleeaasse!

Hate to tell you this, but it's the weekend - I would be surprised if you got an answer for a couple of days. 

Sorry to hear of your problems!  I just got mine and it's working fine. 

Have you tried updating the software without the controller connected?   After that maybe you could connect the controller and perform and update on that.  Perhaps that would work?
