Yesterday I bought Spark VDM and two hours later I still had no number. I figured it could be nighttime there so this morning I sent an email to the sales department. They haven't reacted yet either (8 hours later).
What do I have to do to get a number to register the synth?

Please consider we are open during normal business hours, so do not expect a fast reply during weekends.
I am ringing the smart people at the Sales department to check they received your mail and process it asap.

I didn't know that. Maybe something to put on the website, as I was fretting as to what/who/why something went wrong. If I'd known Arturia were closed for the weekend I'd have had more patience.
Anyway, the problem has been resolved.

I have had the same problem and it is 5 days later and I have still not had my licence number either despite several emails and posting another thread...very disappointed and wondering when it will get sorted!! :(
