aloha origin users,

 just got a desktop, and cannot register it. my serial number seems to not exist in arturias database. but it is located on the bottom and the front of the unit which is clearly visible.

has anyone else had troubles registering their origin. it makes me wonder with all the bugs if they don't want to support it anymore.

Origin registration seems tough these days. Please send me your serial through private message and I will drop an eye in the database.

i have that open, still waiting for a response. my serial # should be in there.
