Title: Player License Registration Problem

I've had my Player out of the box for about 15 minutes and have been trying to activate it. Problem comes after entering my license information; apparently the license number is already in the database.  I'm not sure how this could be, considering I just purchased the controller today.  I can't request tech support without first having a license entered, thus, I'm stuck without music making capabilities until this issue is resolved!

HELP.?!.?!
