Hi Ronny,
sorry for the late reply.
You can do that by assigning MIDI note to your pattern (Ctrl+Click or Cmd+Click).
Then play the assigned note in the clip.
About MIDI IN/OUT in Ableton preferences, you have to disable Spark Private In and Spark Private Out.
The public ports (Spark Public In and Spark Public Out) have to be enabled, these are to be used with Spark controller in MIDI Controller mode.

Hi Kevin,
thanx for the answer  -but it doesnt work at all.
If i ctrl-assign MIDI-Note 2 to pattern 2, and then assign  in Ableton: Bank  -none/ Sub - none / Program -2 >> nothing happens
 ???

You have to use MIDI note to change pattern not program change.
Create a new MIDI clip and write the corresponding note.
For instance if you assigned MIDI note 2, you have to add a D -2 on the clip.
