Title: USB midi problems with Origin

I have my origin connected directly to the motherboard (no hub).  I am running win7 64bit.  Windows sees the unit, and says that it is installed correctly.  however, when I open Sonar, I only have available Origin IN usb, not out.  Driving me crazy.  Any suggestions?   Thx!

i totally understand...but this community is so small, I can't afford not to hit everyone.  If this sompany was not so weak on support, maybe I would not have to do it at all.

This happens when Origin is not connected properly to the computer. It's the same reason why Origin Connection can't connect. Have you tried with another USB port? Sometimes it's enough to get things to work.
