Title: My Soft eLicenser is greyed out

When I go to add my license in the control panel by clicking on "enter activation code" eLicenser works fine, untill it gets to the part where it asks me which dongle I would like to download my license to. I only have 1 dongle, the soft one that came with the installation, but it appears greyed out and the GUI wont let me select it. please help!

Hey i have a simular problem too. my elicencer wont work.

I am having the exact same problem with 'The One'! I selected Jupiter8V, i have entered my email address twice now and i STILL haven't got an activation code by email.

Can someone please help me out here?

I paid a lot of money for this, now i'm left with it sitting here doing nothing.
