Hi this may be a user forum but your tech staff has a obligation to the buying customers that buy your products which seems to have many technical issues that arturia must solve in order to make customers happy and to establish a strong customer base. ::)

All technical support inquiries shall be done through your Arturia account (http://www.arturia.com/login). There are usually processed within hours, considering the timezone. We daily deal with dozens of users cases, and always find a solution for them at some point.
