Title: Unlock key not displayed after submitting registration for ARP2600V

Hi

I completed the section for the serial number and unlock code and when I submit it, the next page called "register-product-result" appears but no licence key is displayed. I tried a Safari and IE and they both have the same issue.

This is the first product I'm trying to register so I couldn't use the support email.

Pls can u assist.

Yes you can:
 Arturia account > [Authorization Troubleshooting] > [Activation Support Request]

I tried again today using Firefox and I was able to get the licence key. Not sure if you changed anything but all is good.
