Hi everyone,
It looks like a significant amount of users simply cannot access the Technical Support because their serial (ex-"license") number sounds already registered.
If it is the case, please send me a private message (http://www.arturia.com/evolution/smf/index.php?action=pm;sa=send;u=4203) for deeper investigation and fixing.
