I've previously (in 2005-2006) registered MiniMg V and the Legacy Collection in my Arturia account. Now all the details are gone from my account, and I get an error message if I try to re-register them. I've send requests for help (with my registration details included) to Arturia a few times already via the contact form (since I have no licenses registered anymore, I can't reach technical support). I don't get any answers though, and I'm hoping this is because the forms get sent to the wrong department (otherwise appearently I'm being ignored :( ). Where am I supposed to turn to get some help with this problem? ???

Either we wait until those messages reach the Tech Support desk, either you proceed as described here (http://www.arturia.com/evolution/smf/index.php?topic=2920.msg9459#msg9459).
I presume you will prefer the second item. :)

Hi Antoine! Thanks for answering!! Yes, I would prefer the second option since I've waited almost a month for an answer already.
It says in the thread I should send the license info via private mail. But which email address shall I send to? Maybe I'm stupid, I can't find that info anywhere.
