Title: uncaught exception in main method: java.lang.noclassdeffounderror (NEED HELP!!)

I ordered arturia storm 3 and have just recieved it in the mail and i have installed it and now when i go to open it "uncaught exception in main method: java.lang.noclassdeffounderror" comes up and gives me the option to quit that is it i have no idea what this means and this is my first macintosh so i am not in anyway familiar with it. all i want to do is make music i have waited patiently while saving my money for my equipment and just want to get started so if anybody knows how to fix this please help me.....

As specified on Storm resources pages (http://www.arturia.com/evolution/en/products/storm/specs.html), Storm is not Universal Binary (i.e. it will not run on MacIntel machines), nor MS Vista compatible, and no update is scheduled at this time.
Just make sure Storm is compatible with your machine and/or OS; if it's not... well, just grab an old computer waiting for death on a dusty shelf, and refresh it as a Storm box.
Storm is low-resources consuming, compared to nowadays virtual studios, and is very convenient for 'old' computers (and probably notebooks).
