Title: Preset download and FTP logon ?

Hmmm i must have missed something because i cant download presets without a FTP login appears asking for god knows what. So i'm curious what to put in the login and pass because nothing i tried so far works. Yes i'm logged in on the forums and on the main site. I dont expect to see the login and pass posted here but could use a hand in some way. ;)

Hmmm i must have missed the huge sign saying, Arturia team is on vacation all August so no support. I'll try email instead of using forum now, perhaps i get more luck with that.
