Title: License Activation

Got the Jupiter 8V, only to find that I have limited licenses for Brass, Prophet and Jupiter softsynths (20 uses or 14 days), but no "official" license for the Jupiter.  I've submitted all my info (bill of sale, authorization number on card, etc.) via e-mail to remedy the issue, but haven't had any correspondence back.  Any suggestions?  I appreciate it!
