Title: blinking lights on keyboard when moving

just getting this set up - noticed when I lift the keyboard the 1 and 2 pads that are lit up flicker.. is this normal?

returned that one for a new one. the new one doesnt work.. should I give it another go or move on to AKAI?

Go to another manufacturer, Arturia dont give a monkeys about its customers...

I have a similar problem.  pad #6 just stays lit (engages that midi) and some of the other pads will randomly flash on/off triggering those chords.  Extremely annoying.   This started happening to me as soon as I got it but I was leaving for a few months and couldn't deal with returning it. Now that I'm back it's doing it worse than ever (unusable) and not under the month warrenty from zz sounds where I purchased it.   I'm wondering if there's a way to turn off the pads so I can at least just use the rest of it. Otherwise I'm gonna throw it out the window.
