Hi everyone!
I have problem with registration it shows me that product is already in database.
Its brand new arturia minilab with printed serial and unlock code, doesn't work for me.
Also i dont have acces to 2.1.0.1 im stuck on 2.0.0.0
I've already sent several emails but no proper answer.
If you have some tips to resolve this problem i would be pleased.

I have the same issue. Just bought this new from the store and it says it's already registered in the database. HELP!

Same exact issue unfortunately, brand new and says unlock code is already in database. HELP!

Arturia tech support isnt the quickest, and they not active here either.

Firmware 2.1.0.2 on the resource page along with the umcc

Open a ticket for your registration issues give as much detail as you can ie HW/SW authorisation etc
I had to manually start an arturia licence in the elicencer control panel after I had entered the code into the vst frontpanel so you could check that

I think that so many of these minilabs have been returned for malfunction that they are just being returned to stock and sold again and registration info is not being wiped properly. Sorry I can't help more. I sent mine back for a new one for technical issues myself.

Has anyone solved this - it is unbelievably terrible I just bought my minilab - seeing that there were issues but generally Ive been able to solve straight forward problems - Ive never had anything like this ever.
