Title: How to enable SparkLE pads 9-16 in Ableton Live midi?

I'm able to get midi from my SparkLE hardware controller into ableton live. But I only get the pads 1-8 in ableton. How do I get the 9-16 pads to show up? I press on the 1-8/9-16 button on the hardware controller and the vst player but it doesn't go to 9-16. Any help would be great.

You must go to the preferences menu/MIDI Sync
Under MIDI Prts options Tracks Sync and Remote must be on off for SparkLE input.

Thanks for the info. I wasn't sure what you meant by on off? There's track, sync and remote in midi ports prefs. Are all of them supposed to be on or all they all supposed to be off?
