Hello Arturia..
I own a spark unit and have the vst's obv. I was working on a project after I upgraded to the new 1.71 version and when I went to upgrade the controller . the lcd screen only said it was upgraded to version 1.21
why is this???
the next problem or question I have is when loading or changing sounds, or kits, the spark VST shuts down. and my computer says " there was a unexpected error in the program and it was forced to shut down.
what do I do ??? and should or do I have to uninstall all software and then reinstall it?
these ongoing issues with your products are really disappointing.. I have not had a free " no problem issue on any device I bought form Arturia... sorry but I feel im gonna by a korg kronos x very soon.
