Title: What to do when ticketing system doesn't work, post a ticket for the tocketing ?

Hi,
I just post a problem regarding my spark le.
I received an email with a fogbugz link, but this link is wrong. I tried many others url combined with what I found on google but nothing work.
The ticket doesn't appear in "my account" (i saw an old one still open but no this one).
So Spark LE registration doesn't work :<<

So what to do if even the helpdesk software is bogus !?

Yes, This is a DNS related issue, it will be solved for today.
