What the average response time from Arturia support?
i.e. send request from support page to getting a meaningful answer, actually an answer would do.
(Correct if you think I have been waiting a while)

Hello Wookiee,
Generally it takes about 2 days. We try to get to them as quickly as possible.
But Our system is down at the moment so I can't respond to anything.

Sorry if I sound miffed it's because I am. :-[
Had a reply from sales to say it had been passed to support then when I chased that they said they would make sure I got a reply, guess what I am still waiting some 5 weeks since original question.

I'm still waiting on a tech note on how to access the fuse on my MiniBrute. I don't want to go further without authorization. I really miss it. making music on my days off are about all I do. I don't want to go another weekend without it.

WHY CANT I GET AN ANSWER TO MINE... EVEN A YOU LOSE THANKS FOR YOUR MONEY BUT WE NO LONGER WANT TO DEAL WITH YOU....I sent a ticket on Sunday. Nothing yet. I posted in here and it gets approval but nothing? I've been down a week with my main synths, wow.

Dav1d, thanks sooo much. Fuse changed as per tech note. All is well and functioning. Thanks again, can't believe how much I missed the lil' bugger. :D
