Hi there!
Hope that someone can help me out.
After entering the serial number and unlock code, I get the following message:
Product ID = 70
S/N: 0801400039010180 - ProductID: 70
This license number (0801400039010180) is already recorded in our database.

Hi David,
I cannot find your reply! I had to return the keyboard back to GC and got a new one. I registered the new one without a problem but it will not work. Once I follow all the installation guides it goes into a loop of "dancing lighted pads". Somewhere in this forum people are having the same problem.
BTW! I am using Windows 8.
Thanks for your time. Cannot wait for this awesome keyboard to work 8)

I am having the exact same problem, but I am running a Macbook Pro. Can you help me out also David?

Same problem here! Registration process ends up with the same error message. Therefore, I can't activate Analog Labs. I don't know if it's related or if it's another issue, but the Midi control center doesn't detect the keyboard. The controller seems powered, pad lights are turning on, windows 7 detects that something is plugged, altough it doesn't find any driver for "Arturia MINILAB".

For the registration Problem, I cannot answer you directly on the Forum,
You can PM me or simply open a ticket.

Hello Arturia friends!
I bought my MiniLab on Monday. But I had problems with it, so I went back to the music store and got a new one.
But I have trouble with the autorisation. I have Windows XP Pro, I managed to key in the serial no and unlock code. But not the autorisation code! Is that something you can help me with on Arturia? Thanks for a nice product and lovely price. (This is my 2nd synth. I had a Yamaha DX 100 earlier. 192 sounds and 24 own.) musically yours Lottie, Karlstad, Sweden
