Hey!
I just bought the Prophet V no pack edition, and I didn't receive my serial number. I know you are supposed to register beforehand, but how is it even possible to pay for it if you're left with only the receipt and no product? However, I did make an account afterwards with the same e-mail that I used to pay for the software, and although the product doesn't show up I can still see the tech support message that I sent before making this account. Meaning, they are connected somehow. Please help me with this, as I am left with the feeling of being scammed and stolen from.
