Title: iMini 1.1 doesn't close when exiting application
Post by: Rfx222 on April 17, 2013, 08:46:49 am
I have updated to 1.1 and now when pressing home button to stop ussing imini appears a red band on the upper side of desktop saying something like "recording" and never goes off. It didnt happened on 1.0. I have to double click home button and close app with "X". Is it possible to revert to old way of exit app? Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure why you think this is a problem this is how every app is suppose to work. Personally i would not want my apps to shut down if i inadvertently hit my home button , especially since its the only way to switch between active apps if you need to disable multitasking gestures which i do with certain apps like TC-11.

iMini has to run in the background now to take advantage of Audiobus and virtual midi.

Sorry, but I think this is a problem must be resolved in next update, if you close any other musical app you don't need extra steps to to stop the app: garage band, korg apps, what happens if you forgot to close, battery drain? ... I think arturia could give the users a global setting on/off for audiobus / midi integration in order to resolve this. Thanks.

hello! to start I want to say I've found a solution to this problem!
after searching and searching I found the way.
1 - you must close the application
2 - then we appear that damn red sign above that says iMiniRECORDING
3 - we press the home button twice. and we are aligned down the apps.
4 - we press imini and keep it pressed until shake
5 - there appears a (-) in the top right. played there and ready.
This is called the force close apps
I hope they serve and sorry my english I'm Argentinian
bye

I tried this but I don't get a minus "-" in the top right. This is annoying as hell.

The problem is appeared on version 1.1 because first the Background Audio was not present.
But for this version Arturia as forgot the On/off button to disable Bckr Audio!
Hope that it solve for the next version because it' the only App ( Escluding AudioBus) that have this problem!

Just double click the home button to get the multitasking apps at the bottom of the screen and click the 'minus' sign on the iMini app
