When I wriggle a cable connected to the output jack the sound goes in and out. Seems to be a soldering problem inside.
I have noticed it before a few months back when I got the unit, this is not from abuse of any sort the Minibrute stays in my studio.
Has anyone else noticed this or has the same problem? ???
-
I have not noticed any problems like this on mine, with either the headphones or the audio out. I think you're right, sounds like some loose connection on your unit.
-
yeah i've never had this problem...
maybe it's the cable though? is the cable new or old?
-
I have tried it with another cable, perhaps I should try a few more however but I'm pretty sure I'll get the same result.
-
:(
i guess the best way would be to use the same cable on the output and then on the headphone, moving it the same way and seeing if the result is consistent
hope you figure it out!

I have used the same cable on another device and the cable isn't the issue :(
Waiting on a customer support service reply from Arturia!

it could be a loose solder or connector loose internal connection.

have the same problem on my entry mix in my HPD 15.
if I pull or push a little jack I get to have a sound constand.
Try it and I think bruno is right.
