Title: Contact Arturia?

Is there a "better" way to get Arturia besides emails, that they never return?  ???

It was through the "contact" section of your website. I need to return the Spark but Guitar Center wont take it unless they receive an email from Arturia that the account has been closed and its ok to do so. Basically, Arturia is holding up the process.
