Hey guys, I'm hoping to purchase my Origin in the next two weeks. Big question tho...Does anybody know who services these units in the US? Every place I see to purchase one has a no return policy. I have emailed Arturia directly with this question, but no answers yet. I just would hate to buy this and not be able to have it worked on, if need be. Many thanks :)

I believe Arturia is sending their units off to France for repair. For such a boutique item it doesn't seem to be worth to have repair shop here in the states.
However, if you buy an Origin at the authorized dealer you will get a 1 year warranty and your story should take care of shipping, etc. There were some people at their first batch that were complaining about the display but besides that the unit is pretty solid, at least I had no problems over the years.
