I ordered the V3 upgrade four days ago and have received no confirmation email or registration information. I sent an email to support but have heard nothing. How long does it normally take to receive the product?

Still no response. I am preparing a complaint with the payment processor. I will wait a couple of days, but it should not take this long to receive an answer to a question.
